This archived email is one of the clearest warnings in the library: the money is acknowledged, the order dispute is acknowledged, and the buyer is still told the refund belongs in platform balance instead of the original payment method. That is why so many people search terms like SocialPlug scam and SocialPlug refund refused.
Archived Scam Tactic
A newer tactic now archived in this library is support trying to convert a refund demand into account balance or store credit. That keeps the buyer's money inside the seller's own system instead of returning it to the original payment method.

What The Tags Mean
`📭 Not Delivered` means the order did not start or never produced the promised result.
`💳 Store Credit Offer` means support tried to replace a refund with internal balance.
`🚫 Refund Refused` means the request for money back was blocked, denied, or rerouted.
`🧾 Ticket Dispute` means the conflict is visible in ticket replies or dashboard communications.
An archived support email says the refund for the order was issued to the SocialPlug account balance instead of the original payment method, and explicitly says canceled or unfulfilled orders are refunded to account balance under SocialPlug's policy.
A direct submission says a $200.60 GitHub Stars order never started, and support tried to replace the requested refund with account store credit instead of sending money back to the original payment method.
